When I place both RAM sticks (2x 2GB DDR2 Corsair) in the two available slots of the motherboard ... I attempted putting the working RAM into the other slot but did not get success.

However, now your system's SD-MMC slot is not working with the same error message. For this, I would like to know some more information as detailed below.

My Surface Pro 7 is not recognizing memory cards after recent update. Same cards are being detected with card reader. Has the recent Windows Update (Version 1909 Build 18363.476) caused the problem. Card slot was working fine earlier.
